Chicken fillet dishes are always tasty and satisfying. Chicken rolls with egg filling are perfect not only for everyday lunch, but also for a festive table.   2. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content.
  3. You can use turmeric instead of paprika.
  4. Boil one egg in slightly salted water for about 8 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then pour the boiled egg with cold water and cool.
  5. Rinse the fillet, dry with a napkin and cut lengthwise into two halves.
  6. Cover the fillet with cling film or a plastic bag and beat with a kitchen hammer on both sides. Salt the beaten fillet and pepper a little.
  7. Peel the boiled egg and cut into cubes.
  8. Rinse the parsley, pat dry and chop finely. Add greens to the egg.
  9. Put sour cream in there. Add salt and ground pepper. Pour in 10 ml of vegetable oil. Stir. The filling is ready.
  10. Place the egg filling in the center of each piece of chicken fillet. First, fold the fillet on one side and cover the filling, and then form the rolls.
  11. Crack an egg into one deep plate and fluff it with a fork, salt lightly.
  12. Pour flour and paprika into the second plate, mix.
  13. Pour the breadcrumbs into the third bowl.
  14. First coat the rolls in flour.
  15. Then dip the rolls into the egg mixture.
  16. Sprinkle the rolls with breadcrumbs on all sides.
  17. Heat oil in a frying pan and place the rolls seam side down.
  18. Fry the rolls over low heat for about 7 minutes on each side.
  19. Chicken breast with egg filling is ready.
  20. Serve chicken rolls with egg filling immediately to the table, adding any sweet and sour sauce. As a side dish, mashed potatoes or fresh vegetable salad are perfect.
