"Chips" from eggplant

Do you know that you can make wonderful chips from eggplant?

Ingredients

  1. Peel eggplant.
  2. Cut the eggplant into thin slices, salt. Leave for 20 minutes.
  3. When the eggplants give juice, wash them with cold water and dry them.
  4. Heat up the pan. Pour vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons. Roll the strips in flour, pepper and fry in boiling oil until tender. Add oil as needed.
  5. Put the finished “chips” on napkins to remove excess fat. Our "chips" are ready.
  6. Bon appetit.
