Christmas dream

Ingredients

• 80 ml red wine
• 40 ml rum
• 15 ml apricot brandy
• 15 ml Porto
• 5 g spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, allspice)
• 5 g lemon zest
• 5 g cane sugar
• almonds and candied fruits 30 g each

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients and heat without boiling.
2. Pour into a glass. Serve with candied fruits and nuts.
