Cobler is a dessert alcoholic cocktail. It perfectly combines the aroma of fruits and berries (strawberries and lime), the lightness of sparkling wine and the invigorating strength of whiskey. The ice turns the cobbler into a fresh, invigorating, thirst-quenching drink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making a cobbler with strawberry syrup, sparkling wine, and whiskey. All components of the cocktail must be slightly cooled.
  2. Put ice in a tall glass like old fashion or highball. You can detail it, but if you plan not to drink the cocktail in one gulp, leave the ice in pieces. It will gradually melt and refresh the drink.
  3. Pour strawberry syrup on the bottom, put a slice of lime. (The cocktail is prepared using the "build" method, that is, the ingredients are mixed right in the glass.)
  4. Add whiskey to the glass.
  5. Pour everything on top with dry sparkling wine.
  6. Cobbler with strawberry syrup and lime can be garnished with strawberries, lime wedge, mint leaves.
