Cocktail "A la tiramisu"

How I love this dessert!

Ingredients

• water 2 glasses
• Cookies "Lady's Fingers" 15 pcs.
• ice cream sundae 150 g
• Bailey's liqueur 4 tbsp. l.
• cream 33-35% 100 g
• Amaretto liqueur 4 tbsp. l.
• vanilla powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.
• ground coffee 4 tsp

Directions

1. 1. We brew strong natural coffee. While it has not cooled down, add shortbread cookies to it. When it is soaked, beat everything with a blender and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
2. 2. Add Baileys coffee liqueur to the ice cream and mix with a mixer.
3. 3. We mix the cooled coffee with cookies and ice cream, and beat everything.
4. 4. Pour into glasses and place in the refrigerator to chill. Whip cream with powdered sugar. In glasses with a chilled cocktail, add 1 tbsp. l. almond liqueur Amaretto.
5. 5. We spread the whipped cream, and sprinkle everything with cocoa.
