Cocktail Barbara

Cocktail "Barbara" is a kind of "White Russian" (vodka, coffee liqueur and heavy cream are mixed in equal parts in a shaker). The difference between the Barbara cocktail is that the coffee liqueur is replaced with chocolate liqueur.

Ingredients

• Vodka - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp. L.)
• White chocolate liqueur (white cream de cacao) - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp. L.)
• Heavy cream - 12 ml (2 tsp)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle the surface of the Barbara cocktail with grated chocolate.
