Cocktail "Blue Sky"

Delicious and spectacular cocktail with liqueur and rum - "Blue Sky". Such an exotic cocktail will decorate your party.

Ingredients

• Malibu coconut rum - 1 glass
• Coconut milk - 2/3 cup
• Pineapple juice - 3/4 cup
• Light sugar syrup - 3/4 cup
• Ice
• Liqueur Curacao Blue - 1/8 cup
• Coconut wedges for serving

Directions

1. Pour coconut milk, rum, pineapple juice, sugar syrup and ice into a blender. Pulse until smooth and fluffy. Pour the cocktail into glasses, pour Curacao Blue on top and decorate the cocktail with coconut wedges.
