A fun, very easy drink based on Chardonnay wine. Chardonnay generally fits well in the recipe of a variety of cocktails due to its richness of taste, its aristocracy.

  1. Heat the wine and liqueur mixture over medium heat in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes, avoiding boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately add gelatin, stir until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool completely to room temperature.
  3. Pour the mixture into a siphon and shake vigorously a couple of times. Put the siphon in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  4. Pour champagne into a tall glass (flute). Siphon the foam and serve immediately.
