A bright, festive fruit cocktail based on white wine. Lightweight, almost childish in strength. Especially good in the summer heat. It is not forbidden to replace missing fruits!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut all fruits and berries into small and approximately equal pieces. Combine wine, liqueur, sugar, prepared fruit and citrus zest in a jug. Refrigerate for 8-10 hours. Filter the sangria through the finest sieve or cheesecloth, preferably twice.
  2. Mix the prepared liquid with a blender with xanthan gum. Refrigerate to remove air bubbles for about 1 hour.
  3. For serving, cut the fruit and berries into beautiful small cubes that are approximately equal in size to each other. Fill martini glasses with chilled beverage.
  4. Add fruits and berries, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
