Cocktail "Inigo Jones"

This recipe uses dry rosé wine, a fairly rare ingredient in cocktails. It's great if you can find an Argentinean or South African wine - it has a richer fruity taste than European rosé wines.

Ingredients

• Marsala (Sicilian Fortified Wine) - 25 ml (1.5 tablespoons)
• Dry rose wine - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp. L.)
• Cognac - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp. L.)
• Orange juice - a few drops
• Lemon juice - a few drops

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients in a jug with plenty of ice. Strain into a glass half filled with crushed ice.
2. Garnish the wine cocktail with an orange slice.
