Ingredients

• vanilla vodka - 20 ml
• medium tangerine - 1 pc.
• honey syrup - 15 ml
• vanilla sugar
• dry sparkling wine - 80 ml

Directions

1. At the flute glass, grease the edge with a cut tangerine slice, dip it into a saucer with sugar - you get a border. Chill the glass. Beat peeled tangerine with a blender, measure 90 ml into a mixing glass, add honey and vodka, mix with ice and sparkling wine, strain into a glass. Serve garnished with a slice of tangerine dipped in sugar.
