Of course, such a cocktail can be made at any time of the year, but it is especially nice to grow vegetables in the garden and make a drink from your own vegetables. Therefore, I call it "July" when cucumbers, peppers, peas, and tomatoes ripen in my garden. Cocktail water, I use filtered water.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Peel green peas.
  2. 2. Chop cucumber (I don't peel as I grow them myself and I'm convinced that the peel contains a lot of useful substances).
  3. 3. Peel the skin off the tomato.
  4. 4. Cut the tomato into large slices.
  5. 5. Cut sweet pepper.
  6. 6. Filter the water, and freeze in the refrigerator (100 ml). In some ice molds, add tomato and cucumber slices.
  7. 7. Combine kefir, 100 ml of filtered water, vegetables, and salt in a bowl for whipping.
  8. 8. Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. 9. Pour the cocktail into a glass and add ice.
