Cocktail Sunset with Tequila (Tequila Sunset)

Ingredients

• Tequila "gold" - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp. L.)
• Lemon juice - 120 ml
• Orange juice - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp. L.)
• Liquid honey - 15-30 ml (1-2 tablespoons)
• Blackcurrant liqueur - 16 ml (1 tablespoon)

Directions

1. Pour tequila, lemon and orange juice into a chilled cocktail glass. Mix well with a cocktail stick. Pour honey in a thin stream into the center of the drink. The honey "sinks" and forms a layer at the bottom of the glass. Add liqueur, do not stir, to make a bright layer above the honey layer.
