Cocktail with port

The simplest recipe, which, however, has been known for a very long time. Use only good port, preferably thicker and more aromatic LBV (Late Bottled Vintage).

Ingredients

• Red port - 50 ml
• Cognac - a few drops
• Orange peel

Directions

1. Stir the wine and cognac in a small jug of ice (so that the drink is chilled enough) and strain into a wine glass. Squeeze a slice of orange peel well over the surface of the smoothie, but do not drop the peel into the glass.
