Very tasty, simple, easy, and coconut - oatmeal - fruity - berry! I'm talking about smoothies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Coconut milk is best made from fresh coconut. Open the coconut (we will need one-half of the coconut).
  2. 2. Separate the pulp from the shell, and cut off the brown shell with a knife.
  3. 3. Grate the white flesh of the coconut.
  4. 4. Pour hot water over the coconut flakes, mix well and let it brew for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Then strain the coconut milk and squeeze well through cheesecloth. The remaining shavings from the squeeze can be dried in the oven and used for other culinary products.
  6. 6. Pour coconut milk into a blender, and add oatmeal, coconut flakes (leftover from cooking coconut milk), banana, strawberries, and honey.
  7. 7. Whisk everything well.
