Coffee lemonade

Coffee lemonade is easy to prepare, perfect for a large company and - no less pleasant - it will remind us of summer in the middle of winter.

Ingredients

• 35 g medium ground coffee
• 1 liter of water
• 6 lemon wedges
• ice cubes
• ground cinnamon to taste
• ground cloves to taste
• ground nutmeg to taste
• 100 ml of water
• 100 g muscovado sugar

Directions

1. In a saucepan, mix the muscavado sugar with water, heat until the sugar dissolves, bring to a boil and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
2. Brew 1 liter of coffee in any way, add ground cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg to taste and 150 ml of pre-prepared syrup. Refrigerate.
3. Serve over ice and be sure to add a lemon wedge to balance the spices in the palate.
