Coffee and chocolate cocktail with soda

Ingredients

• Strong coffee, chilled - 250 ml
• Fat cream - 60 ml (or concentrated milk - 30 ml) (optional)
• Soda water, chilled - 250 ml
• Chocolate ice cream - 2 scoops
• Coffee beans in chocolate

Directions

1. Pour coffee into glasses. Add cream or concentrated milk (if using). Pour in soda water and stir. Gently add a scoop of ice cream to each glass. Garnish with chocolate-covered coffee beans. Serve with a long spoon or straw.
