Coffee with halva

What kind of festive evening would be complete without a dessert? This dessert may well be such a drink - it is unlikely that it will leave anyone indifferent!
You will need a home espresso machine with a steamer (cappuccinatore).

Ingredients

• 40 g peanut halva
• 100 ml cream, 10% fat
• 50 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
• 10 ml nut syrup

Directions

1. Step 1
2. Whisk the halva and cream in a blender.
3. Step 2
4. Mix a serving of espresso with hazelnut syrup.
5. Step 3
6. Combine the ingredients in a milk jug and whisk with a cappuccinatore to create a delicious milk froth.
