This coffee is not for every day, but for the case when you need to wake up on a high note. The taste of freshly brewed coffee, tangerines and lavender will allow a romantic evening to grow into an equally passionate morning.

  2. For lavender syrup, pour cold water over the lavender and let sit overnight. Combine water, lavender and sugar and simmer the syrup for 2 hours over low heat. This syrup is delicious to add to various sweet dishes, to mineral water or tea.

  4. Put the coffee in the cezva, cover with water, stir, add 5-7 ml of lavender syrup per serving. Then stir in 10-15 ml of jam and a pinch of Georgian spices. Mix everything well, put on the sand / comforter. Once the coffee cap is raised, pour the coffee into the cups.
