Cold green tea with chamomile and lemon balm

  1. 1. Boil 1 liter of water, cool to 90°C. Pour green tea, mix and brew for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. In the meantime, pour 0.5 liters of water into another saucepan, and boil. Pour lemon balm and chamomile, and cook for 5 minutes. Let it brew for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour sugar into a warm infusion of green tea, and mix.
  4. 4. Strain the infusion through a fine sieve. In fact, it was necessary to first strain and then add sugar, it would be more logical. But I describe the way I did and photographed.
  5. 5. Infusion of chamomile and lemon balm also strains through a sieve. Combine both solutions and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and maximum as you wish.
  6. 6. Pour ready-made cold tea into glasses. In each glass, we put a slice of lemon and chopped fresh lemon balm.
