I want to bring to your attention an alternative to the classic mulled wine - cranberry.

  1. 1. Remove the zest from the orange with a ribbon (only the orange part). Wash the apple and cut it into thin slices.
  2. 2. Wash cranberries, put them in a saucepan, and mash with sugar.
  3. 3. Add cinnamon and cloves. Fill with hot water. Turn on stove heat.
  4. 4. Add cognac.
  5. 5. Add apple slices and zest. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. Stir. Cover with a lid. Wrap well and let it brew for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Strain the cranberries into a teapot. Or in a thermos. And take it for a walk.
