If you have a cold or just chilled, make yourself an herbal tea and drink it hot.

  1. 1. Dry herbs (St. John's wort, oregano, and mint) pour into a saucepan and pour boiling water. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain the decoction.
  2. 2. Pour cranberries into a saucepan, pour herbal decoction, and put on the stove. Boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
  3. 3. Crush the cranberries, cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain the tea. Add honey and stir.
