Crispy biscuits with potato chips

Try out this somewhat unusual cookie recipe with nuts and potato chips. A very simple dough, like for ordinary cookies, only with pieces of crispy potatoes.

Ingredients

• Softened butter - 2 cups
• Sugar - 1 ½ cups
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• Flour - 4 cups
• Potato chips, crumbled - 1 cup
• Pecans (or walnuts), chopped - 1 cup

Directions

1. Beat butter with sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually stir in the flour. Mix the dough well. Add chips and nuts.
2. Spoon batter onto a baking sheet. Smooth out with a fork. Bake at 175 degrees for 13-15 minutes until golden.
