  1. Wash the eggplant, remove the stalks. Cut the eggplant into thin sticks-sticks, about 1 cm thick.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Combine cheese with breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian herbs.
  4. Mix everything so that the breading mixture is homogeneous.
  5. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat with a fork.
  6. Dip the chopped eggplant in the egg.
  7. Then coat in cheese mixture.
  8. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place breaded eggplant sticks in the baking dish.
  9. Bake eggplant in a preheated oven under a grill at a temperature of 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Then flip the eggplant sticks to the other side and bake for another 5 minutes at the same temperature. Ready eggplant in cheese breading should be reddened to a golden color.
