Such croutons can be made from both white and black bread.

  1. Cut the bread into slices about 8 mm thick.
  2. Heat up a dry skillet. Put the prepared slices of bread into the pan. Dry the croutons over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Then turn over and dry the croutons on the other side in the same way.
  4. Peel the garlic, crush.
  5. Add salt and vegetable oil to the garlic. Mix well.
