  3. Berries can be absolutely anything, I have blueberries today.
  4. Butter must be melted.
  5. Combine sifted flour with baking powder - mix.
  6. Eggs, sour cream (fat content does not matter), salt, sugar and vanillin combine and mix.
  7. Add the zest of one lime and the juice squeezed from half a lime. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
  8. In 2-3 passes, sift the flour with the baking powder, mixing the dough.
  9. And at the very end, add the cooled melted butter.
  10. Here is the dough for muffins on sour cream.
  11. Add berries. Mix gently to keep the berries as whole as possible. Cake dough is ready!
  12. Fill muffin tins (I have paper capsules) half full.
  13. Bake cupcakes on sour cream in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes (focus on your oven).
  14. Readiness of cupcakes to check "on a dry skewer".
  15. I got 8 pieces, 100 g each.
