Dalgona with cocoa and cream

• cocoa 1 st. l.
• cream 33-35% ¼ cup
• milk 1 glass

Directions

1. 1. For the recipe, we need baby cocoa powder, which simply dissolves in water or milk, it is sweet. So, pour cold cream into a deep glass from a blender, add cocoa, and beat the mixture with a whisk until a thick light brown foam forms. Beat for about one minute.
2. 2. Pour milk into a glass - it can be both warm and cold - and distribute the creamy chocolate mass on top.
3. 3. This is such a thick and very tasty foam we get.
