Oat milk is not milk in the truest sense of the word, but it can be a great substitute for a familiar product.

  1. 1. Prepare oat milk. Pour oatmeal with cold water, add a pinch of salt, and put it in a dark place at room temperature overnight. In the morning, grind the mixture thoroughly with a blender, and strain 2-3 times through a fine sieve.
  2. 2. Rinse the dates, remove the stone, and pour 1 cup of hot water.
  3. 3. Once the dates are soft, grind them with other ingredients (oat milk and honey) in a blender until smooth.
  4. 4. Serve the smoothie chilled.
