Dundee cocktail

Dundee is one of the prime cities on the east coast of Scotland. And what else, if not two "Scottish" ingredients - whiskey and a vintage liqueur "Drambuie", produced since the middle of the eighteenth century - could give the name to this cocktail ?!

Ingredients

• Gin - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp. L.)
• Scotch Whiskey - 18 ml (3 tsp)
• Drambuie - 12 ml (2 tsp)
• Lemon juice - 12 ml (2 tsp)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well in a shaker and strain into a whiskey glass. Squeeze out a lemon rind and toss into a glass.
