I tried smoothies for the first time in Helsinki. There it is incomparable and for every taste! Memories flooded back. I had to repeat :) Preparing very simply and quickly!

  1. 1. Peel the nectarine and orange and cut them into pieces. (Remove the pit from the nectarine :) )
  2. 2. Banana cut into pieces.
  3. 3. Transfer fruits to a blender and punch.
  4. 4. Add 3 tablespoons of kefir. Mix.
  5. 5. Pour into beautiful glasses and quench your thirst on hot summer days!
