There are many varieties of pumpkin juice. Pumpkin is combined with carrots, apples, pears, and plums, but I ideally like the combination with orange, here is an explosive wave of a fragrant bouquet

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. We peel the pumpkin, cut out the seeds, and remove the middle. Cut into large cubes.
  2. 2. We prepare syrup from water and sugar - bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes, send the pumpkin into it and blanch for 5-7 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
  3. 3. Slightly cooled pumpkin is sent to a blender and brought to a puree state.
  4. 4. We dilute the finished puree with the resulting syrup in a ratio of 1: 1 and add orange juice to taste. We send it back to the stove and boil for another 1-2 minutes. You can adjust the balance of taste yourself, but the main note should be pumpkin. I added 0.5 liters of orange fresh juice and 1 liter of syrup to the resulting puree. The juice turned out thick and with a delicate aroma of orange.
  5. 5. We cool the juice in the refrigerator for about an hour so that all the ingredients “make friends” and open up with a full bouquet of taste. You can serve the juice with ice cubes from orange juice or pumpkin syrup, which remained during the preparation process.
