Chicken wings cooked in a pan according to this recipe are very tasty. Light beer glaze with soy sauce, sugar, ginger and cinnamon, in which the wings are fried, soaks them, covers them with a thin layer, gives a caramel color, a pleasant aroma and an incomparable sweet-salty taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels. Cut off a small joint from each wing - we will not fry them.
  2. Now cut the wings along the joint into two parts - in this form they will fry faster and more evenly than in the whole form.
  3. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and add sugar.
  4. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar melts and begins to caramelize.
  5. Pour the beer into the pan
  6. Also add soy sauce.
  7. Add ground cinnamon and dried ginger. Stir.
  8. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil over high heat and reduce slightly for 5-6 minutes.
  9. Put the wings in the soy-beer sauce.
  10. Warm the wings over high heat for 3 minutes.
  11. Flip over and cook over high heat for 3 more minutes.
  12. Flip again, cook 3 minutes.
  13. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet with a lid, and simmer the wings until there is little to no sauce left in the skillet and the wings are golden brown and fully cooked (7-8 minutes). During this time, turn them over a couple of times.
  14. Transfer the cooked wings to a plate.
  15. Sprinkle the wings with sesame seeds.
  16. Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired. Chicken wings in soy-beer glaze are ready to serve.
  17. Bon appetit!
