An amazing appetizer is fried pork ears, which are perfect for fresh foaming beer.

  1. Wash the pig's ear well, especially in the ear canals. If there is black tan, then clean it. Put the ear in a saucepan, add the peeled onion and garlic to it. Cover everything with water and boil for about 1 hour. Then season with salt and black pepper, and boil for another hour.
  2. When the ear is cooked, cool and cut into strips.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and send chopped ears to fry. Add sour cream and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper and fry the ears until golden, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the fried pork ears on a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
