Such a thick cocktail will perfectly satisfy hunger and replenish the body with vitamins!

  1. 1. My rhubarb stalks, divide into pieces.
  2. 2. We cook the compote for a couple of minutes after boiling (I have 209 g of rhubarb per 0.5 l of water). We insist to get a rich pink color.
  3. 3. I divide bananas into circles in advance and freeze them in one layer, then I use them in smoothies.
  4. 4. Peel the apple and cut it into slices.
  5. 5. Take a couple of tablespoons of prepared pineapple pieces. Or use fresh pineapple.
  6. 6. We put the pieces in a bowl for whipping, and pour compote from rhubarb (glass-200 ml) or other juice.
  7. 7. We beat with a blender.
  8. 8. Pour into glasses.
  9. 9. We drink for an afternoon snack or at any time when we need to satisfy our hunger.
  10. 10. Top can be decorated with cinnamon, grated chocolate, or sugar crumbs.
