I bring to your attention an easy to prepare, but very tasty drink. Any fruit can be used as the basis for a fruit decoction. Red fruits or berries (cherries, raspberries, cherry plums, currants, etc.) must be present, but only in small quantities so as not to give a too intense color. Refrigerate the drink before drinking. Choose a cozy corner of the garden or cottage and contemplate the bright summer colors with a drink in your hands.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Wash apricots, pat dry, cut in half, and remove pits. Wash the cherries, dry them, and do not remove the pits. Remove some of the rinds from the orange.
  2. 2. Boil water, put sugar, cherries, apricots, and zest into it, and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the broth brew for 20-25 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the decoction with fruit through a fine sieve. We don't need fruit. If the broth is still warm, then cool it in cold water.
  4. 4. Squeeze juice from an orange.
  5. 5. Strain orange juice through a colander with cheesecloth. Pour orange juice into the cooled fruit broth, and mix. Place in refrigerator to cool.
