  1. Pour 36 cups of warm boiled water into a pot, add the juice of 4 lemons (removing all the grains), 400 g of black currant leaves (without twigs) and crushed ginger. Cover with gauze, put in the sun. When the fizzy begins to ferment, add 800 g of sugar, stir and strain. Pour into bottles, put 2 - 3 raisins in each, cork tightly. Keep in the cold (lying down).
