The recipe is simpler than ever, and the benefits and good spirits are just a lot! You need: fresh ginger, lemon, mint, black tea, and honey, and I personally add these spices: cloves, cinnamon (stick), star anise, and cardamom. Let's get started!

  1. 1. We cut the ginger into medium slices (it gives the juice better), put a mint on top and squeeze a couple of drops of lemon juice, and let it stand for a minute (so to speak, marinate), we also prepare the spices.
  2. 2. We pour boiling water over the teapot and put all the ingredients in it, immediately close the lid and let it stand for 5 minutes (to steam everything there and open all the spices).
  3. 3. We fall asleep on black large-leaf tea.
  4. 4. We pour boiling water.
  5. 5. Let it brew for 15-20 minutes, then add honey, and that's it, now you can enjoy!
