Grape sangria with melon and mint

An ideal drink for a hot day: light, moderately sweet and very aromatic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the grape tassels, separate the berries from the branch.
  2. Put half the grapes in a bag and freeze.
  3. Peel the melon from the seeds, cut the balls out of the pulp using a special spoon, transfer to a jug along with the berries.
  4. Scald the lemon, cut into rings.
  5. Wash and dry the mint.
  6. Add mint and lemon to melon balls, pour in half the norm of dry white wine, refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. Add mineral water and the remaining wine to the chilled drink.
  8. To serve, place frozen grapes in glasses and top with sangria.
