  1. 1. Cucumber (medium size) peeled, and cut into pieces. Peel and cut avocado. Wash the parsley and remove the stems. Place everything in a blender, add lemon juice and water, and beat for 1-2 minutes. If you want to make your smoothie thinner, add more water.
  2. 2. My smoothie turned out thick and nutritious! This soup drink can replace one meal.
