This is such a super healthy and super tasty smoothie!

  1. 1. To make any nut milk, the classic ratio of nuts to water should be 1:4. So I took 50 g of hazelnuts and 200 ml of water. Whisk hazelnuts and water in a blender for a few minutes.
  2. 2. Healthy hazelnut milk is ready. You can strain, but I did not do this.
  3. 3. Add kiwi, bananas, and spinach leaves to milk. Once again, beat everything in a blender until smooth. Smoothie is ready!
