Appetizing grilled wings can be cooked at a picnic or at home, in the oven. Baked chicken wings, marinated in beer with mustard and green onions, are very tasty, with a crispy crust. They attract not only by their appearance, but also by the aroma of hops due to the use of beer.

  1. Wash chicken wings, dry with paper towels. Cut each wing into 3 pieces.
  2. We shift the parts of the wings to a bowl and sprinkle with turmeric, salt and black pepper.
  3. Add mustard to chicken wings.
  4. We wash the green onion, finely chop it and add it to the bowl with the wings.
  5. Mix everything well so that each part of the wing is saturated with spices.
  6. Pour chicken wings with light beer.
  7. Cover the marinated bowl with wings and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  8. We cover the grid with parchment. Lay the marinated chicken wings loosely on parchment paper.
  9. Bake the wings in a preheated oven in the "grill" mode ("small grill") for 25-30 minutes. When the wings are browned (after 10-15 minutes), carefully turn them over to the other side. We make sure that the chicken wings do not burn, but do not remain pink inside.
  10. Delicious grilled wings baked in the oven are ready, we immediately serve them to the table.
