Cut the hunting sausages and mozzarella into circles. Cut the cherry in half, line the barbecue grill with a triple layer of foil, grease generously and heat well over the coals. Stretch the dough slightly with your hands, grease with oil again and place on hot foil. Bake over the coals until the underside of the dough is browned.
Turn the dough over with a wide spatula, brush immediately with tomato sauce and spread the sausages, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes evenly. Sprinkle with a mixture of dry herbs. Bake the pizza until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is melted - best under the lid. Serve sprinkled with basil leaves.
