Hawaiian cocktail

Such a bright, invigorating cocktail can be served in hot weather or just in a good mood at a hot party.

Ingredients

• Ice cubes - 4 glasses
• Chilled pineapple juice - 1 glass
• Liqueur Curasao Blue - 1/2 cup
• Light rum - 1/2 cup
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pulsate until smooth.
2. Pour cocktail into portion glasses and garnish with pineapple leaves.
