Hogsmeade cocktail

Harry Potter and his friends in the taverns of Hogsmeade village loved to taste the fabulous ginger and cream ale. An unexpected combination of bright ale, caramel, ginger, cream, spices and gin creates real magic and instantly warms you in chilly weather.

Ingredients

• ale - 400 ml
• caramel syrup - 100 ml
• ginger syrup - 60 ml
• cream 22% 120 ml
• gin - 120 ml
• cloves - 12-16 buds (3-4 for 1 serving)
• nutmeg, grated - a little less than 1 g
• cinnamon - 4 sticks
• whipped cream - 50 ml

Directions

1. Mix and heat the ale with ginger and caramel syrup, spices, cream, gin and a few cloves.
2. Serve in a pre-heated glass like Irish-magician. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon when serving.
