A simple recipe for amazingly delicious homemade shawarma with minced meat and oyster mushrooms.

Ingredients

  1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into thin strips.
  2. Fry the potatoes in a preheated pan with vegetable oil for 20 minutes (until cooked). Add salt, pepper, spices, mix.
  3. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  4. Wash oyster mushrooms and finely chop.
  5. Fry the mushrooms in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper in the process.
  6. Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
  7. Add salt, pepper, spices to minced meat, mix thoroughly.
  8. Fry the minced meat in a preheated pan with vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes (until cooked).
  9. Press peeled garlic into mayonnaise, add mustard, salt, pepper, spices. To stir thoroughly.
  10. Add finely chopped spinach to the sauce, mix.
  11. Spread pita bread on the table, prepare all the components of the shawarma.
  12. Lubricate each sheet of pita bread in the center with 2 tbsp. l. sauce.
  13. Lay out the potatoes.
  14. Lay out the cabbage.
  15. Lay out the onion.
  16. Next - minced meat.
  17. Add mushrooms.
  18. Put another 1 tbsp on top. l. sauces and cheese.
  19. Roll homemade shawarma with minced meat and mushrooms. Fry it in a hot pan, greased with vegetable oil, for 3-4 minutes on each side.
