Iced coffee, although very cold, is great to drink not only in the heat. If you just want a sip of freshness in the morning - to truly wake up and take a fresh look at the world around you, make coffee and remove the ice from the freezer.

  1. Pour ground coffee into a French press, pour 300 ml of boiling water, close and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes. The coffee is ready when the plunger of the French press is easily, effortlessly lowered down to the stop.
  2. Pour sugar into a small saucepan, pour in 2 tbsp. l. water, bring to a boil. The sugar should be completely dissolved.
  3. Fill a tall glass with thick walls with ice cubes, pour in coffee first, then syrup. Garnish with lime or lemon wedges.
