Inca coffee

Tropical cocktail recipe.

Ingredients

• espresso 60 ml
• mate tea 80 ml
• cardamom syrup 20 g
• for decoration:
• sprig of rosemary
• lime leaf

Directions

1. Pour espresso, mate and syrup into a shaker. Beat for 20 sec.
2. Pour into a tiki glass on lump ice, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lime leaf.
