  1. 1. To prepare an invigorating morning tea, you will need the following ingredients.
  2. Prepare sugar syrup. Combine 100 ml of water and 50 g of sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, wait for the sugar to dissolve completely, and cool.
  3. 2. Place a bag of Newby English Breakfast tea into the teapot.
  4. 3. Cut orange and grapefruit into circles, and put them in a teapot along with rosemary sprigs.
  5. Pour in the sugar syrup.
  6. 4. Pour freshly boiled water at 100°C and leave to infuse for 3–5 minutes.
