The recipe for our kefir pizza, of course, is far from the classic Italian version, but it also has a right to exist, if only because you will prepare this dish in less than an hour: the dough does not take time to rise. But nevertheless, it turns out to be very tasty and airy: kefir and soda do their job.   1. Make kefir pizza dough. To do this, whisk the eggs and salt lightly with a whisk in a large bowl. Add vegetable oil. Whisk again.
