Lavash pizza with mushrooms and ham

Ingredients

  1. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and even half. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Fry onions and mushrooms until tender in vegetable oil, season with salt.
  2. Cut each sheet of pita bread in half, it turns out 4 parts. Put the first part on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, grate the processed cheese on it, distribute evenly over the entire sheet, lightly sprinkle with sauce.
  3. Cover with a second sheet of pita bread, brush it with ketchup, distribute the ham, lightly sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Put the cooled mushrooms with onions on the next sheet, cover with the last sheet. Spread this leaf with ketchup and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with spices on top.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 * C for 15 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly, cut into 8 pieces and treat.
